Landlord Safety Checks
If you are a landlord you must have gas appliances inspected every 12 months. You must only use gas safe registerd engineers to undertake inspections and maintenance on appliances in your property. We can carry out these checks and issue certificates for this purpose, giving you and your tenants peace of mind.

Wood Burning Stoves
As well as gas safe heating, Phill Drabble Plumbing and Heating Services works with HETAS registered installers to install wood burning stoves. These can be fitted in place of most existing gas fires and open fires. Some models of wood burning stoves can be attached to an existing open vented gas safe heating systems.
